Yes — Ascend Gummies contain fish. Our marine collagen is made from hydrolysed fish collagen peptides. If you have a fish allergy, this product isn't for you. Please read the full ingredient list on the pack before taking any supplement.

Is Ascend Gummies vegan? Has Ascend Gummies ever been tested on animals?

No. Ascend Gummies contain hydrolysed marine collagen peptides sourced from fish, so they aren't suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Every other ingredient in the formula is plant-derived.

And no, we've never tested on animals — the closest thing to "testing" was our team working through hundreds of formula variations to get these gummies right.

Is this vitamin non-GMO?
